MULTI ENZYMATIC LEANER
Composition:
Protease, Amylase, Cellulose, Lipase, Non Ionic Surfactants, Chelating agent, Corrosion inhibitors, PH regulator and stabilizer.
Dilution for Uses
1. 4 ml per litre for automated systems like Ultrasonic cleaner, washers.
2. 8 ml per litre for normal soiled load.
ENZYGUARD is a multi enzyme based pre-soak and cleaner designed to effectively remove organic soil from contaminated medical devices prior to disinfection. It contains four enzymes to clean and remove major bactericidal extracellular components of blood like Proteins, Carbohydrate, Lipids and Cellulose. Sterilisation of instruments and medical devices greatly depend upon cleaning and removal of biofilms form the devices. Effective cleaning can reduce level of contaminated microorganisms by 2-3 log 10.

Mode of Action:
Biofilms constitute a protected mode of growth that allows microorganisms to survival in hostile environments, being their physiology and behaviour significantly different from their planktonic counterparts. Biofilms may be a source of recalcitrant contaminations, causing outbreaks of pathogens. Biofilms are difficult to eradicate due to their resistant phenotype. However, conventional cleaning and disinfection regimens may also contribute to inefficient biofilm control and to the dissemination of resistance. Consequently, new control strategies are constantly emerging with main incidence in the use of enzymes.

Directions For Use:
Freshly prepared solution of ENZYGUARD is recommended with Luke warm water for better results. Submerge the instrument completely in this solution for around 3-15 minute depending upon the organic soil load.
